Winter Storage

Seasonal Residents who contract for the following year's camping season may leave their RV's and one boat/trailer at the campground during the winter without charge. |

Seasonal Residents without a contracted reservation for the following year's camping season may store their RV's on site from October 1st until April 1st for a prepaid charge of $860. |
Seasonal rental fee is paid in four installments of $485 on September 15th, November 15th, February 15th and April 15th.
Electricity is metered separately and paid monthly. |

Seasonal Sites
All seasonal sites have water and septic sewer. 30 Amp or 50 Amp electrical is available and separately metered.
Each site has a picnic table and fire ring.
Decks and storage sheds can be added at resident’s expense and with prior approval.
New seasonal campers must have an approved RV that is less than 10 years old and in good condition.
All residents are subject to covenants and restrictions to maintain the existing appearance and peaceful environment. |

The daily rental fee is $37 per night per family. Campsites are limited to one family each. Please ask Woodsong for information concerning the fees and limitations for any guests you may plan to invite.

Important notice concerning traffic control
5 MPH SPEED LIMIT
For the safety and comfort of our Residents this speed limit is strictly enforced. To move through our campground at "idle speed" takes only a few more minutes for vehicles, however, it may be a matter of life or death for our children. Please respect this important rule during your time at Woodsong.
2 VEHICLES PER SITE LIMITATION
You may have a maximum of two vehicles per site to avoid congested driveways. A boat/trailer is considered a vehicle if parked at your site. Additional parking is available in the boat storage lots.
